* Use the site if you have been banned or suspended from Wild4Cars, or any of its sister websites.

If you use the Site in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms of Use, Wild4Cars may without notice terminate your use of the Site or your access to the Site at any time. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be governed by British Columbia and Canadian law and adjudicated by a court located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the Arbitration paragraph below.

Arbitration - for any claim, where the total amount of the award sought is less the $10,000., the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration.

Improperly Filed Claims - Wild4Cars may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1000., provided that Wild4Cars has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim (contrary to the above noted rules)
